Hi guys,

Today, I was surfing on FunTrivia normally when suddenly the internet connection fell. I thought it was the modem being an issue but the internet connection works perfectly fine on other devices, like iPad and iPhone, which makes me think this is a problem related to my laptop.

I'm posting from my phone since I'm desperate, my computer can't connect to any network and it's driving me crazy! I read it could be malware but I have no idea of where to find it and how to delete it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Never mind, it works. Sorry, but I panicked!

Perhaps you can download Malwarebytes onto another device and then transfer that programme to your laptop. I have found Malwarebytes and Ccleaner great help.
