Every Sunday, my daughter does Jacob's Ladder for exercise. Last week, she roped me into going with her. Trust me, it's not for the faint-hearted. Even though I go to the gym regularly, and always take the stairs at work, my calves knew about it for the next three days!
Jacob's Ladder is a set of stairs consisting of 242 steps (a very steep 43 metres or 142 feet) leading up Mount Eliza to Kings Park. It is a popular spot to exercise here in Perth and the view from the top is spectacular. I'll post the view tomorrow.
