Have those of you that have written multiple quizzes ever run into this quandary?
I sit down to write a new quiz. I dream up what I believe is a really cool question. Then it hits me. Did I already ask that same question in one of my previous quizzes?
Now I have to open all my previous crappy boring quizzes just to check it out.
Ok, I'm safe with it. I never asked that one before.
Type type type type. Save to disk. Alright!
Next question.
Damn!!

I think it's okay to repeat questions once in a while....you're always going to vary yourself in the way a question is worded, and the wrong answer choices may be different as well. I'll bet we have at least 10% repeat questions in quizzyland already. It's called "review"!

Here's the solution I use: I initially create all my quizzes offline in my word processing program (WORD for me) and then copy them into the Quizzyland template when finished. I use the same file (separated by a page break) to create quizzes that have multiple generations of a basic theme (like Movie Quotes I, Quotes II, Quotes III, etc.). Most word processing programs have a "Find" function that would allow you to quickly check for key words in your previous quizzes to see if you've used that one before. An added bonus: spell checking your quiz before posting.

My philosophy is very technical. I just absorb what I have to tolerate on the quiz circuit, and then make sure the members on here suffer later. Simple but effective!
