March 18 2015 will mark Neighbours 30th anniversary on air.

Neighbours began on the Channel 7 in 1985 but after 7 months on air Channel 7 cancelled the show but Channel 10 pick up the show for 1986 & the rest is history Neighbours was screen on Channel 10 from 1986 to 2010 before Channel 10 put it on their digital channel Eleven from 2011 onwards

I gotta say it's been fun watching Neighbours 30th anniversary year so far with so many returns & surprises during the year I haven't had this much fun watching Neighbours in years

Yeah it has been really good. It was nice to see some of the old people again and I can't wait until Steph returns. She is always one of my all-time favourite characters. I didn't like her last storyline so hopefully they won't ruin her altogether next time.

Having over 7200 episodes is nothing to sneeze at. Must be a good reason so many folks follow it and keep it on the air.
