This month's theme is Entrances and Exits, an idea sparked off by the change in mods - so I'll even let you include a picture of a rabbit, if you can get one to stay still long enough. Otherwise, doorways, locks, signs, alleys... anything that will get you in or out of somewhere.

Lovely! I have only seen one moon gate and that was in an exhibition garden, and I think I love them too -- very effective!

Just like funtrivia, the pet farm allows its inmates to wander in and out at will, albeit when it comes to the posh birds there is apparently a strict "one in - one out" code of conduct. Dress semi-casual, no trainers, and please give way to oncoming traffic etc etc etc

A Big Hullo & Welcome, dear new mod, smile and thank you for a great inaugural theme.

Fond 'farewell', beloved Ren, and thank you so, so much for all your hard work, warmth, encouragement, wisdom, and fun. Have a good time in the book section but be careful of those reading types, they can be a bit naughty, I hear, fifty shades of naughty sometimes, not like in here where we are very well behaved. smile

Letting us know we are about to enter a darker area at the Prague Zoo in 2010.

Aww, thank you Chavs - what a nice welcome. But was that message meant for me, Howie? If so, why didn't you tell me before I signed the contract?!

Great start to the month! smile

One of the entrances to Wembley stadium where I went last month to watch my local team
- Bristol City - play in a cup final (which they won 2-0.)

Beware all ye who enter here - there are seventeen locks to get through before you can turn round and come back!

Our lounge room looking into the hallway. Funny to have inside windows but it's an old farmhouse and we think the hallway was built on afterward so that wall used to be the outside wall. I've stripped down all the paint on the trim and am deciding whether to paint it again or just stain the wood. Haven't actually sanded it yet .. and done a test bit and it looks great.

Stain it. Easier to paint over that if you don't like it. Plus wood is good!

This picture was taken last year, almost to the day, and it is pretty common in April for the Riverfront Trail (for pedestrians and cyclists) to be closed due to high water. So far this year it hasn't been too bad.

The entrance to the Planetarium in North East Berlin. Sadly they were closed when I went there.

I call this one "Let Meow-t!" Moments earlier there was a robin on the railing, but I didn't catch Precious in the same shot.
