Candidates will be screened and selected by the senior editorial staff, including the leading editors in the categories being considered. Those selected will be afforded access to the editing areas of the categories assigned, as well as access to the Editors' and Guidelines Forums. A period of training with an experienced training editor will ensue where the rules and procedures will be explained, as well as the methods and guidelines needed to edit quizzes.
  
• If you are not selected in the 'first draft' rounds, but not rejected, you would certainly be considered when other openings occur.
