He has been coaching for 31 years. Prior to that, he played 174 games for St Kilda and Footscray. He also has three premiership coaching flags and one as a player. He takes the record of Jock McHale who retired in 1949 after 37 years with Collingwood. A brilliant career! _________________________ The key to everything is patience.
