I am actually getting excited about the Belmont Stakes and the possibility that we may have a Triple Crown winner in the USA -- which we haven't had since 1978!

This is a video of the 1973 Belmont Stakes, when Secretariat won by an unbelievable 31 lengths. It's a middle distance race in which Secretariat blitzed the field by sprinting.

Now the question is, will American Pharoah win the Breeders' Cup Classic? Especially against Beholder, one of the most amazing fillies I've ever seen, maybe the next Zenyatta? And then there's Tonalist, Honor Code, Effinex, and Frosted. Deep field.
