The Astronomical Clock and Old Town Hall Tower at the Old Town Square in Prague. If you are unlucky you will see views from the top of the tower in the near future.

And if you're really unlucky, you might eat lunch in a restaurant right by the spot where Howie took that photo. I did eat some good food in Prague, but not there.

Masrtin_Cube, I just pulled out my copy of Blind Faith's first album. There was a plane that reminded me very much of the Avro Vulcan. I'll practice my new skill and provide a link to an image of the Album Cover
Switch from one vertical stabilizer to two and the aircraft are very much alike. Blind Faith's was made in 1969 while the earlier bomber is from 1956.

I see what you mean, the 2 are quite similar with the delta wing arrangement.
This one is even closer. The very last flight of Concorde - this particular aircraft was
the last one to land. Still miss seeing it fly over every day at around 11am, flying from
London Heathrow to JFK, New York.

A field near Sevenoaks

Cape Reinga Lighthouse at the top of the North Island, almost as far north as you can get on mainland New Zealand. Completed in 1941 to replace the Cape Maria van Diemen Lighthouse located on Motuopao Island. Access to the island was tricky due to rough seas and in 1886 a flying fox was built between the island and the mainland, in 1933 the wife of an assistant lighthouse keeper was swept off the rocks near Cape Maria van Diemen so it was decided to build the new lighthouse at Cape Reinga though it had very little use in the first few years due to wartime blackouts. It became automated in 1987.

Flopsymopsy, I have that same type of tomato in a vertical garden in my back yard. I was surprised at the symmetrical growth pattern. Are yours small, cherry tomatoes? (And yes, like potatoes, that is the way I learned how to spell it in school year and years ago).

Ahh, just saw the photo in the red and white thread. Tomatoes in the hand answer my question. It took a long time for mine to get ripe, too. But now they are on their second blooming. Great tomato photos.

I have six types of tomato growing on four plants. In one bag there's a normal size tomato, and a standard cherry tomato (red) and a standard cherry (orange) - the last two grafted on to the same root stock. In the other bag there's a petite red cherry (in the "red and white" thread), plus a white tomato and a 'black' tomato (grafted on to same stock). It's like growing a rainbow.

Plus three bags of potatoes at various stages, and the only runner bean plant to escape from the herds of sabre-toothed snails that got the rest.

Another field near the first one. Apart from the roads and the woods that was more or less everything there was in the area for miles.

Back to the top of the North Island and looking east from the Cape Reinga to Sandy Bay. Further along is North Cape, the most northerly you can get on the New Zealand mainland. This area is part of the Te Paki Recreation Reserve.

Our main street downtown has looked like this most of the summer. They do a good job of keeping the sidewalks open so one can get to all the stores though.

It's always a relief when a tractor turns off in front of you, they tend to do about 20mph and too wide to pass.

I'm sure you've all been waiting with bated breath to see if my tomatoes ever came to anything so as a reward for your fortitude, please help yourselves!
