- Ozzz2002 went out on a limb several times, and nothing hit paydirt for him...
- Instead of pairs, we have a quartet in the middle of the standings.
- In two games, a team scored seven goals, yet in other games, seven wasnt scored total!
- Toocool4u went default, but as it is higher of wooden spoon or six, he scored six instead of the pitiful three.

- Our quartet broke apart, but two groups paired together...
- With wwe84 seven behind paper_aero in 4th, it is looking likely that the podium will consist of three of the top four, barring a major meltdown.
- No one went default this week, but ozzz2002 would have done better had he done so...sorry ozzz.
 - Due to two postponements with games for next week, if anyone scores eleven of the thirteen games playing, they will receive a bonus point for their efforts, barring the scenarios described below (all homes/aways or homes/aways bar one).

- Dizart breaks the mold of zeroes by picking up his first weekly win.
- No one paired up this week, so we are all on our own separate rung.
- Wwe84 picked up the sole bonus point this week, as srini701 tipped "all homes", thus losing the bonus point for the Coyotes winning at home to the Kings.
- Only two games went past the sixty minute mark, and as both took the full five in OT, they had to shoot it out to declare a victor.

FunTrivia.com NHL tipping competition, aka, let's see who wins the most brawls on skates: - Ozzz2002 is breathing a sigh of relief as he does NOT take the Spoon...that honor goes to illiniman14 with his horrid picks of 3/15. The two that jagged only four are also breathing easier...as neither have a Spoon on the season so far.
- Wwe84 had his crystal ball working overtime, as he picked 13 and took one as a solo with paper_aero.
- The top one and bottom four stayed put, but the other ten weren't satisfied with their previous rank.
- Two teams scored six, and both won, but one almost didn't!
- Only Winnipeg jagged the solo picks this week, winning away in Edmonton...that hour differential on the clock didn't faze them one iota.

- ElfTwinkle and toocool4u both went out on a limb by picking Tampa to win in Pittsburgh and Boston to win at American Airlines Center, respectively, and it paid them both dividends.
- Poor Detroit didn't do so well,,,both of their games went past regulation, but they ended up on the short end in both.
- Dallas had been more apt to score seven than give up seven!
- George95 came away with the weekly win and picked up the third and final bonus point of the week, going a massive 12/15.

FunTrivia.com NHL tipping competition, aka, let's see who wins the most brawls on skates: - Sypher takes his first Spoon of the season, but hangs on to his lead, however, it was cut by two points.
- ElfTwinkle took two bonus points by picking Calgary and the Islanders to win away. Four others took a bonus point each, including our leader, who takes a two point lead on ozzz2002 for the most bonus points.
- The podium is coming into focus, but dg_dave and George95, who are both four behind wwe84 in fourth have an outside chance.
- I thought both Florida and Arizona were warm-weather climates...? Florida couldn't score in the desert...maybe it was just too dry for them.
- Hockey's best team had to play a little extra to win in Boston.

- Sypher, after starting in the cellar, has been atop the leaderboard for ten weeks, and on the flipside, gtho4 moves to his lowest position of the season (they have gone the furthest between high and low for the season).
- The Americans and Canadians can't do as well as two Englishmen and a Kiwi in this comp? I remember a few years back N-Bomb was going for all those bonus points, yet this year, he has yet to score one.

FunTrivia.com NHL tipping competition, aka, let's see who wins the most brawls on skates: - With just two weeks to go, the podium is set with the top three, but in what order? N-Bomb makes things interesting by knocking Sypher off the top rung he held for the last ten weeks.
- Ozzz2002 went out on a limb on a few, and missed only two (the Colorado win and the Florida win (picked only by dg_dave)).
- Just two weeks to go until the final horn sounds...can wwe84 pull off an upset?
- Sypher's drop corresponds with his Spoon he picks up this week.

- It is a given that everyone will score at least 200...gtho4 and ozzz2002 just missed the mark this week at 199 each. Will ozzz2002 pull out of the cellar and leave it to gtho4?
- No new high this week, but dg_dave sets a new low, falling to 7th.
- Can Dizart run the table and stay Spoonless next week? We will find out before the horn sounds...it's 3-2 with less than a minute to go in the 3rd period...okay, maybe not like that, but...

FunTrivia.com NHL tipping competition, aka, let's see who wins the most brawls on skates: - The FT NHL season has come to an end (however, two games not involved in our comp this week are playing tomorrow...the two postponed from Week 17, as they have playoff implications (the Ducks win and they take the Pacific crown, otherwise it is the Kings, and the Islanders can move above the NY Rangers with a win).
- Sypher takes his eighth weekly win and wins this comp by four over N-Bomb. Paper_aero takes the bronze, even with the Spoon, as the two directly below him also take a Spoon.
- Four games went past the sixty minute mark, and two went past sixty-five.
- Notice we almost had everything even in a couple of places...Sypher in 1st and ozzz2002 in joint 12th had 13 bonus points each, which gtho4 and Sypher both had a high-low of 1st to 15th, but gtho4 ended up on the short end. He started out in joint first, but fell as the season progressed.
- Dizart runs the table and stayed Spoonless all season...so his streak continues into the 2016-17 season.
- Paper_aero did quite well, never falling below 4th place. Two others could not get above the midpoint...Howie72 and ElfTwinkle's best position was 8th. Two others never fell into the lower half of the standings...dg_dave's worst position was 7th, where he ends up, and N-Bomb's low was 5th, so he as well as paper_aero, stayed in the top 33% of the table all season long.
- Poor ozzz2002...he took more than double next place in Spoons (he took ten and the two below him each took four).
- Three players did not take a bonus, and one was our silver medalist! Well done to you on that feat, sir!
- Dizart had his name lit up the least as he only took two weekly wins, unlike Sypher and ozzz2002, who had 13 bonus points each (listed above), and ten and twelve awards, repsectively. Sypher fared far better in that regard, though.
- Three players only took two bonus points each.
- Eligibility for near misses for the 2016-17 season will stay as it was this year...12+/15.
- Until late October, score a goal for your team!

Must admit this is the first comp ever that I have won without looking at the odds, stats etc. Based it purely on EA's NHL game from back in the 90's when I used to play it on the playstation.....
