Don't forget to put them back an hour.

Hurray, now the clock in my car will be correct. I get into a muddle changing it so it is correct for five months of the year. smile

And it means that my shift at work is to increase by an hour; but, at almost triple time I can live with it!

I hadn't thought about that. What happens when it changes the other way, do you lose pay?

I suppose it depends on how you look at it, Sue. As it always falls on a Sunday, I still get the same rate and, like you said, it's only once a year!

Now this weekend is the USA's and Canada's turn...in less than 24 hours, we fall back.

I really wish they'd pick one and leave the blamed clocks alone. My dad had a great idea...if your store hours are 8am to 5pm, from April 1 to October 1, they become 7am to 4pm. It does the same thing and we wouldn't have to change the clocks.

Ah but it is psychological, most people would not suddenly get up an hour earlier then six months later get up an hour later. If someone told me to get up an hour earlier each day then I wouldn't do it, but if the clocks change I accept that.
