Actually your first one was legal, Jill - my little measuring tool tells me it is 640 x 640. However, square images look bigger than they are because our eye doesn't find a short side (or something).

Ah yes, thank you Ren for the Denver Broncos' Cheerleaders photo! In American football each team has its own cheerleader squad. This weekend sees the two divisions of the National Football League (NFL), consisting of the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC), deciding their respective champions (who will then face each other in the 50th Super Bowl). I follow the AFC and root for the New England Patriots, originally the Boston Patriots. Their recently adopted new logo is called the 'Patriotic Elvis' because of his mutton chop sideburn and red, white, blue and silver coloring. I grew up in Boston but spent a year of technical ed in Denver. I went drinking in Discos with their 'Orange Crush' Denver Bronco defense squad in the early 70s. Their logo is the stylized head of a mustang. I have attachments to both teams. So I let my Ball of Magic Crystal decide which team I will root for:

No cats, Sue. At the moment we are at 3 dogs, 2 goats, 3 lambs and 8 chooks. There are feral cats that get about but that's as close as it gets.

This is a wire Christmas tree that we put up on at the main road. It's about 10 feet tall. As usual for me, what is going to be a little gesture turned into a bit project!

Glad I recognised Bossy properly, I'd never seen that breed before and haven't heard of a kelpie. I'm now on a waiting list at my vet's for another cat (they used to have more available but not at the moment) so be prepared for more cat photos.

Found all these old shearing stencils today. I knew they were there, buried under heaps of junk, but it was nice to find them again. I might actually do something with them this time!

I got lucky as well, they had changed the monthly free entry day to the museum just before I got to Prague and it was changed to a day I was there.

These birds don't fly south for the winter any more, and these were out on the ice when I stopped to take photos. I guess they thought I had food, as all of them started walking towards me! Having no food, I departed before they reached me.
