I went for a moderate 5 - 10 pound loss (I'm hoping it is pounds and not stone

! ) So here we go again. December is the month where I more or less forget the word *diet* and eat what I want ... in moderation! ... and certainly NOT in moderation over Christmas! But I started my "healthy eating 2016" on the 2nd on January. And with three full days of no treats, I found that I only put
two and a half pounds on in three weeks, making me
Nine stone, three and a half pounds . It just shows how much determination works

I aim to have two or three "treat days" a week and the rest of the week to be "treat free" xxx
