There is a quiz that came out today about the Hasidim.

While looking to see the author's background, I discovered that they haven't been on the site since January, 2008.

So, how is it possible to have a new quiz 8 years after the last log in?

Editors do sometimes have time to look at quizzes which have been rejected in the past and where the author hasn't made the changes needed. Occasionally, there will be one which needs only a bit of rewriting to be acceptable and this is probably one of them. I actually put one online myself last week for an author who hadn't been around since the end of 2007.

Editor Looneytunes saved it from the abyss of neglected quizzes it would appear.
