I have been a Fun Trivia Gold Member for many years. Recently, I seemed to have gotten into some malware, so I did a reset on my computer (iMac, Yosemite). I lost the passwords to the private tournaments I play. Two of them I could reset, but the All 50 States own private tournament won't reset. It claims that my email is not a valid email, and when I ask for a password reset with my user name, nothing comes in either of my emails. I'm afraid to try to create a new account, even in the private tournament. I'm afraid that I will be treated as a cheater and locked out forever. Any suggestions?

So far I've found three, not two. For the A50S tournament you're using the gmail one.

Thank you for replying so promptly. One email must be a typo, because I only have two emails total. And it doesn't seem to recognize my gmail. So what can I do now?

Okay. On the advice of a teammate, I created another user ID (SterlingT2) solely for the purposed of logging in to the A50S game. I intentionally picked a user name as close as possible to my standard ID. There is NO intent to cheat or defraud the site. I have no intention of using this ID anywhere else on the site. Please don't misunderstand my attempt. Thank you.
