Here's why you should stay in your car with your doors and windows shut at all times when you're visiting an open-range wildlife park. A tourist at a Chinese wildlife park has been killed by a tiger after leaving her car following an argument with her companions.

It does not surprise me . Many of our Mainland neighbours have strange ideas about safety rules and what they really mean.
Whatever would possess someone to get out of a car in a wild life park, inhabited by lions? They will probably sue.

Miraculously, the woman that we see being dragged away in the security footage survived the attack. It was actually one of her companions who was killed when they left the car to help her.

It won't surprise me if the wildlife park is sued, but I'm sure these people would have been warned to stay in their car before they entered the park.

Apparently they thought they were out of the danger area, according to one report.

There are constant (and irritating)loud speaker announcements saying do not get out of the car . There are notices everywhere. I am amazed they werent taking selfies, to be honest.

Just found this story. The woman seen in the security footage is suing the park for over $300,000 to cover medical expenses and the cost of her mother's funeral. She claims that park staff made no rescue attempt and that she wasn't made fully aware of the dangers of leaving her vehicle during the safari experience.

Commonsense perhaps not to leave your vehicle?

There are those who will sue for anything. It's not always someone else's fault. People need to take responsibility for their own actions.

"she wasn't made fully aware of the dangers of leaving her vehicle during the safari experience."

And that, dear reader, is why aliens fly straight past us.

Self-driving tours at this park are now banned. The woman has told local media that she signed an agreement not to leave her vehicle without knowing what it was. She believed it was some kind of registration to enter the park.
