I wonder if I am doing something wrong?

When I create a link to post a quiz onto Facebook, it shows there with my Funtrivia top row (sorry, can't think of an easier way to describe it.)

That means anyone can see all my stats, messages and so on by clicking on the home icon and going to my FT home page.

Any ideas?

What link are you using? When you post a link to a quiz, you should be using this URL,
e.g.
http://www.funtrivia.com/trivia-quiz/Music/City-Of-New-Orleans-Story-of-a-Song-287327.html

darksplash,

I posted one of my own quizzes to Facebook. When I clicked on it, I was taken to the screen with the quiz, and with my top row (as you called it).

Then I logged out of FT, clicked the same link from Facebook, and got the screen without a top row. I think you're only seeing it because you're logged in to FunTrivia as you. Non-members will not see your top row, and members will (probably, I don't have another login to test it) see their own top row.

This is exactly what I see, my own personalized page or top row when I click the link to any quiz page.

Thanks, this makes sense.

Trouble is, I cannot log out of FT, no matter how hard I try.

When you log out, do you get the page that tells you to "click here" and then "click here" and then finally "click here". Follow all the "click here" links and you will be logged out for sure.

So, do you mean you literally can't log out, or are you speaking in a "I can't quit you" sense?

LOL.

No, I literally cannot. I click 'log out' and nothing happens then I follow the 'click here' and then 'here' bit, but still it does not work.

I am not terribly worried about it: there really is little need to log out on my own computer.

I think that if you deleted your cookies and rebooted the computer before returning to FT that might fix it. Of course if you delete all of them you'll have to log in to every site that requires membership, like Amazon or Gmail, but it's not a bad idea to clear cookies once in a while as you get a lot you never need twice.
