I am kind of mostly recovered from a cold and ready to start doing stuff again, so here we go!
Howie72 picks up another win this week and extends the lead out to 5 points with only 2 weeks left in the season before March Madness hits. yoyoandcigs was the only other tipper to cash in on a near perfect bonus and in the process moves into third as N-Bomb tried for multiple solo bonuses and only hit on one. Meanwhile, dg_dave got 10 this week and is now down to single digits as he attempts(?) to overtake Sypher.
The only solo bonuses this week were taken by N-Bomb and wwe84, as they both took Pittsburgh in their upset over #17 Florida State 80-66. Going over all the attempts at solo bonuses would take far too long, but wwe84 missed on 7, ozzz2002 missed on 5, N-Bomb missed on 3, and ElfTwinkle and dg_dave both missed 1.
#4 Baylor was the top team to fall this week, but it wasn’t an upset as they fell to #3 Kansas. #14 Virginia was the next-highest to fall, but it wasn’t an upset either as they lost to #10 North Carolina. Florida State was the biggest upset of the weekend. #21 South Carolina was the only other team bitten by the upset bug, falling to Vanderbilt 71-62.

N-Bomb picks up the win this week, and in the process moves within 4 points of second place. Howie72 has first all but locked up being up 6 points, while ElfTwinkle and N-Bomb battle for second. yoyoandcigs still has a chance for third as well.
No bonus points were handed out this week at all. Everybody notched a point when Virginia beat NC State. Nobody hit when Iowa beat Maryland, or when BYU upset #1 Gonzaga.
The big news of the weekend was #1 Gonzaga falling to the hands of BYU at home, ending their undefeated season 79-71. #4 Arizona also lost at home, to #5 UCLA 77-72. #9 Baylor lost for the 3rd time in 4 games, this time to Iowa State on the road 72-69. #10 Duke also fell on the road to Miami 55-50. #13 Florida lost on the road to #11 Kentucky; #14 Purdue lost on the road to Michigan; and Iowa beat #24 Maryland. Sunday brought another batch of upsets, with Central Florida beating #15 Cincinnati 53-49, and Michigan State taking down #16 Wisconsin 84-74.

Apologies for the delay in getting the final results up as I’m trying to move and start a new job.
And despite a furious comeback from ElfTwinkle, Howie72 takes home the gold on the tiebreaker as he has a +5 differential between HoFs and spoons while ElfTwinkle only has a 3. Howie72 was up by 6 at the end of the last round, but ElfTwinkle beat him by 3 this week and racked up 3 bonus points. Still, it wasn’t enough and Howie72 takes his third consecutive crown, after finishing second the year before that and third the year before that. Congrats to both!
ElfTwinkle and Howie72 were almost locks for the top 2 spots nearly all season long, and from the rest of the field comes N-Bomb to take the bronze. For the last 3 years he has finished 1 spot behind Howie72 and now has someone between them, but it is still his 4th consecutive podium in this comp.
