I'm taking a break from quiz research this weekend and am participating in my neighborhood annual Chili Cook-Off. Any kind of chili or stew is acceptable. Last year I lost to a very nice Louisiana gumbo (even though I live in Birmingham, AL). Since we are from all over the globe here, I was hoping my fellow FT folks could offer some advice about what I can cook this year to bring home the trophy and blue ribbon. Any thoughts?
