Did you know FunTrivia has a Facebook page? Did you also know that following, sharing, and liking the posts on our Facebook page really helps us attract new people and spread our love for trivia across the world? As one of the few members who takes care of FunTrivia's social media on Facebook and Tumblr, I want to make sure that all members of our website are aware that they can help us spread the word. We also use Facebook to share members' quizzes, so you will be helping our quiz writers share their work! On this thread, I will be sharing the "Quick Facts" and "Quick Questions" we post on the main Facebook site along with the quizzes we share there. Feel free to comment on this thread about the posts, and also don't forget to check out the Facebook page for yourself! https://www.facebook.com/funtrivia

That's a possibility, though I am not sure how we would be able to track that sort of thing. I will bring it up with Terry.

Why would we want to join a community that only wants to know everything about you, and own that data, but to make it available to everybody? Do you really find it 1. ethical and 2 useful? Why condone anything connected with an evil set up like that??

I agree with Ren.
There isn't a badge that's worth signing up to a site that's all about my personal life.

I realize people have different opinions about Facebook, and if you are against the website on principle, there is no need to join. But there are several members out there that do like using its services, and it is a good way to promote FunTrivia.
As for the badge, that was simply a proposal that can be taken under consideration.

Why condone anything connected with an evil set up like that?? I find it perfectly ethical. They don't hide it, it's all there in the TOS. That said, you don't even have to use your real name. Many don't. As for usefulness, yes I find it very useful. Part of what I do for a living is social media consulting and building brands on various platforms.
