Awesome job, tiffany!

Jane is an amazing inspiration here, for losing all that weight AND keeping it off!

I've had some health issues keep me from exercising like I used to. Arthritis in both knees means I can't ride my bike, and walking is right out. I'm trying a new diet, just starting, so hopefully I'll have some results to share in the next few weeks.

Good to see you again, dave and sue!

Good luck with the new diet! Sorry to hear the health issues are keeping you out of exercise. Have you considered a water aerobics or pool exercise class? I've heard it's good for anyone who can't exercise normally due to pain or other causes.

This past week was super busy for me and I only made it to the gym Friday. My diet was also not the best, but yesterday I weighed in at 196, so down 0.4 pounds since last Saturday....I'll take it!

I stepped on the scale this morning, and as I'd gotten back up to around 192, it was a nice thing to see 189.3. Still doing my calorie counting like always, but found a site that can count calories on recipes...so excited to see that!

Nice job, Dave! It's always good to see the number go down.

Mine was 194 this morning, but I weighed a little later than I usually do. I didn't go to the gym at all this week as I've been anemic and had to see the doctor. I also haven't been counting calories either, but most of the foods I eat, I have a good idea of how many calories they have, so I've been trying to not overdo it. I'm afraid I'll gain again next week since the last two weeks have been so crazy and my diet and exercise routine have suffered.

193.6 this morning which actually surprised me. I haven't been able to go to the gym because of how I've felt and I have eaten things that I shouldn't have. I'm just to have not gained!
