There are specific recipes which you must match. If you look around the kitchen, you should see links to seeing your recipes (you get a new one every time you submit a quiz) and also to a list of the names of all available recipes. If you have the time and interest, you can try to work out what each of them contains and make it, even if you don't yet have the recipe. Some are pretty obvious, it you're lucky enough to have the right ingredients.

Sometimes you can have three ingredients that fit remarkably together. Try out a fourth that doesn't seem unlikely and you may make a dish you never heard of. One of my dishes was made in this way.
