I have never heard that song. I know Greenday's 'Time Of Your Life' made me cry, but i was young, so i didnt think it counted, but it guess it does.

Time Of Your Life was played on the last day of school ever since I was like 9 so I'm kind of sick of it.

Really! My school only plays songs for the year 12's on there last day ever, i know for about 10 years running they had 'Time Of Your Life', but when i finsished year 12 in 2005 i was on the commitee, and all i wanted to do was pick the songs, as much as i love Greenday i didnt want that song.
So we chose 'I had the time of my life' dont know who sings it, but i know it is from a movie, Dirty Dancing, i think it was, and i also chose 'Helena" which i was told wasnt appropriate, but the lyrics are saying - So long, not good night, so technically it goes, because it was so long, i was never going to see more then half of them people again, and people cried when it was on aswell, so i was pretty happy i chose that one.

Well these stupid people who love country picked ours for our class and I knew it was going to be some dumb country song just by the people who were picking it.

You know, there's country music that's too mushy and then there's country music that really isn't that country. Like Rascal's Flatts' What Hurts the Most and Words I Couldn't Say are a few teary songs, but you know, not that country like Tim McGraw or something.

Yeah they're not country like Tim McGraw but something I don't understand about country musicians is they don't have a southern accent until they start singing...that's always bothered me. Well sure, some of them DO have a southern accent but like Keith Urban is Australian but when he sings he sounds like he's from Tenessee so you KNOW it's all fake.

I've also noticed that country music fans are completely oblivious to the fact that the singer's accent is most of the time completely put on.

Okay - completely cheesy - but 'The Green Green Grass of Home' by Tom Jones used to leave me sobbing - 'Puff the Magic Dragon' and 'The Unicorn' by The Bachelors - just colour me sad!

"Whiskey Lullaby", "Feed Jake", "Riding with Private Malone", "Go Rest High on that Mountain", and "The Dance" are songs to get me crying everytime I hear them.

This song by Muse does it for me :
You could be my unintended Choice to live my life extended You could be the one I'll always love You could be the one who listens to my deepest inquisitions You could be the one I'll always love
I'll be there as soon as I can But Im busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before
First there was the one who challenged All my dreams and all my balance She could never be as good as you
You could be my unintended Choice to live my life extended You should be the one I'll always love
I'll be there as soon as I can But Im busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before
I'll be there as soon as I can But Im busy mending broken pieces of the life I had before
Before you .
Also : 'Hallelujah' by Jeff Buckley 'Waterfall' by Griffin House 'In My Life' by The Beatles 'Lately' by Stevie Wonder amongst others which I will remember after I've posted this ,no doubt !
