Just a question when does The Great Quiz Race III begin cause I noticed the new mini-badges.

I sincerely hope that there isn't any question-writing needed this time.

There are three minis this time. Wonder if that means now you can only get one of three instead of one of two.

And Terry already has the regular badge. Apparently he's done already. You double-parked or something? We DO validate, you know...

We are currently aiming for an early July release. Technical reasons required that we added the badges a bit early.

You may of course have fun speculating away - tinfoil hats are available in the Obsidian Tunnels for $1.99 apiece.

Is there a start date yet for The Great Quiz Race III

If there is, it hasn't been announced. I would venture to guess they might be holding off till the current Global Challenge is over, as we're very quickly coming up on reaching the 30 new winners. But I could be wrong.

I think WesleyCrusher said somewhere, that they aimed to launch it in early july. As MrNobody mentioned, maybe they are just waiting for the GC to end.

It's essentially finished. I need to find a handful more images and do a bit more testing.

Get to work on four now so you can rest later. ;-)

The fourth Authoring Race will likely be in 2018. The route is already taking shape.

Already talking about the fourth one? How about playing the third one first?

A rogue link has just appeared on the end page of the second race that will lead you straight into this latest collection of quizzes, games and utter mayhem. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Those of you who dislike authoring will be able get away without it this time. Yes, I am getting too mellow with age. The question is however - do you even WANT to avoid authoring? If your answer to that is "no", you may also be pleasantly surprised.

I just scored 1250 (1200 required) in a daily game, but the game says I haven't made any attempts yet. Do I have to wait until the end of the day for the score to register? If so, fine - if it is supposed to register on submission, there is a glitch.

I just played the game in question myself and it advanced me. Are you sure you did play the right game and that you did play after getting to the stage?

Edit: Hmm, it looks like everything is right. You got to the stage 1:50 pm, played 1:52 pm and it was the game that was asked for.

It should thus work. Did you reload the stage to ensure you'd see the right version? It doesn't update until you do.

I played earlier so, I guess I have to wait until tomorrow. Eh.

In case someone got stuck early on in a little sprint that looked a bit demanding, check again. I had accidentally picked a requirement off a wrong line on my game charts. It's now a little less "Champion Division" than it accidentally was

It must have just needed a refresh. I played from the link, and got sent back there. Since I was on my way out the door for work, I didn't take any time to see if I could make it work by pinching, kicking, or flattering it. Looks good now, so when I get home from work I will see what happens next.

I pinched, kicked and said non-flattering things but my score didn't change.

So violent. Got to show it lurv.

"...that you know have a quick mind" -- doesn't make sense. Missing a "you", I think. "...that you know you have a quick mind". Or is it "now have a quick mind" but I don't think that makes sense, either.

The actual error was an excess "know" left over from a wording ("know your way with words") that didn't quite work out. Fixed.

We don't have to write a quiz for this to complete, do we? 'Cause I'm still editing the ones I'm doing now (off-site) and with the chaos that is my current life, I just don't have time to write another one. I barely have the time to do what I do here already.
