is related to the switch over? I had thought that Match quizzes had previously been OK with punctuation and diacritical marks.

I have no idea whether this is related to the new server or just coincidence that I noticed this now: when looking at our team game's "Top Cumulative Scores For This Month" the "Avg Pts/Game" are calculated correctly but if you then click on the link "View All Cumulative Scores" they are different - weird !

I've just played Who's the Expert in the champion's division. The topic was supposed to be United Kingdom (approx 4:00am FT time) but all of the questions were from 'Physical Geography'. I've refreshed Who's the Expert and checked the homepage - both say this hour's topic is United Kingdom. Not sure if it's related to the server but I've never seen a category mix up like that before.

Ok, have an idea what may have caused that. Put a fix in. Please let me know if if happens again.

This hour - Category supposed to be TV and Movies Mixture - it is Dahl, Roald again.

Just for you, Terry, I tried it with Edge in Win10. Not only did I get the accent in apéritif but I also got a circumflex in papier-mâché; now there's posh.

FYI: Fixed a bug which was showing connection errors on non-GM category pages. Should be working now for the non-GMs.

I just played it again on the same browser as I did before (Edge) and it worked fine this time. Looks like a non repeatable error.

Yeah that one is my fault... lol...

I have a backup server... and when it rebooted, it tried to be nice and so deleted all in-play scores so that people caught by the reboot would get to play over. Except, it did so on the real server too.

So it deleted Mr 9 Seconds play record... so when he hit submit it said he never started the game.

Mr 9 seconds hit back on his browser, which then created a new play record. He had all the answers filled in from the first play, hit submit, and got 9 seconds.

What's more disappointing is that he actually could have had 1 second
