I can't get any more data than that. Terry might be able to, but I doubt it. Most of the play data is kept only for a limited time.
Also, even if it were possible to reconstruct the top scores, they would not necessarily be comparable across the years (many really high scores from the early years were achieved with 10 points per correct quiz answer, not 15!)
There are also problems with an all-time high score that result from possible cheating (I can immediately think of at least one way to gain a major unfair advantage). So let's just say no. If a significant number of players want some more all-time highscores, we might want to look at such things as keeping permanent records of the GC 6-set totals or the sum of all 15 duels. Maybe we could even think of a new "endurance" game if there's interest, such as one that would require playing 50 category mixes of your own choice in one day (with some extra restrictions so players couldn't just do the easiest 50 they can think of).
