I'm not opposed to putting in some sort of homepage customization that would allow that sort of thing.

Love the homepage, and I haven't really brought up my concern with the GM bar in the past, but I still prefer it not being a drop-down, simply because it's been muscle memory for me for the past however many hundreds of years.
I'm also not sure how I feel about losing categories on the left bar. Now the only way to get to certain categories is by digging through the dropdowns.

Click "Quizzes", they're all at the very top? I know-- it might just be me with the concern. It just seems like, from the glance, we're either hiding eight categories or they don't exist. As a first-time visitor, I'm not sure how far I would dig. Me being me, I've always looked at the 20cats as the backbone of the site.

I'm primarily a games player rather than a quiz taker and I too don't need a home page full of quizzes. I take the point about switching my home page to http://www.funtrivia.com/games/ but that's still not a proper home page so all the side bar stuff, the links to other sections, etc., wouldn't appear. Yes, I can click another link to get to the 'proper' home page but it still means another click - and I spent too many years telling people to "get rid of the extra clicks" to like the idea of that. Sooo... would it be possible to have two pukka Home Pages? One with a central panel containing the links to quizzes (Topic of the Day, Quiz Selections, Newest Quizzes) and on with a panel containing the links to Games. Then include links from one to the other and users could choose which one they set as their home page without losing all the home page info. I agree, flopsy, I too don't like all of those drop down menus and extra searching for which menu applies and the extra clicks. I know it makes me sound really lazy, and I suppose I'll get used to it, but I like the One-Stop-Shop format. I'll miss my Gold Member favorites bar being handy at the top too. I had the Buzzy Bee challenge the other day, racing through quizzes, but I like to check after each one to see if someone else won already, and I had a hard time finding the Buzz link each time. Buzz link is on the new homepage, first item on the left, "What's Up?"

Is there a possibility of letting the player decide which/how many appear on that bar? Someone who wants all 20 can have all 20; someone who only wants one or two can pick them?

I knew you were a man for a dare. "Ha, think I can't do it before tomorrow? Take that!" Thank you, Terry.  Now all it needs is a "return to Home Page" link at the bottom of the Customize page - after "Set layout" - and I shall be a very happy bunny indeed.

Nah, that's over-customization... I'd like to keep things brain-dead simple. I'm willing to over-hide a little information to meet that goal.

It's looking good, Terry. Could you increase the height of the Fun Trivia banner a bit? All the blues kind of blend together.

Kudos to Terry for the 'ticks' in the game section to tell you what you have played.
I do have some questions and suggestions but maybe I need to explore more carefully before suggesting I cant find something --- or preferred it where it was before.

Hmm, I logged out, went to another website, then came back here. I got the new home page but after I logged in the old style came up.
