I've seen a lot of people here have pictures or animated pictures whenever they post. My question is how do you do this? It's really cool and I really wanna know how everyone does this!!!

I was wondering how to do that too. I've been to another forum that has a few pictures to choose from on it's site or use your own. When I tried here, it was like I had to provide my own picture.
