Not sure if this is entirely related to the new format since I don't use my phone to visit here very often. But when I do use my phone and I click on "Chat Boards", the only chat board I can see is General. I can't find any way to get to the other boards, blogs or announcements. Can't see the topic list link either.

There is at least one other person reporting the same problem.

I'm using Android version 4.4.2-v3A1E.

I also will confirm this. I use an Android cellphone, and when I see Chat Boards/ Forums on the menu and click Chat Boards, it takes me to the General board. No menu for access to any other category appears.

Same thing for iOS 11.2.

Possibly browser dependent? I would wager a healthy sum my phone is older than all your devices and I have not seen this problem on two different browsers (google and "internet")

I've tried both Google and the default browser on my phone, the results are the same.

But I'm using Google v. 7.15.22.16.arm if that helps.

Looking now, I see I also have Chrome v. 62.0.3202.84 on here too. But it's not the browser I use. Not sure what the difference is or why I need two separate Google browsers on my phone. Tried accessing the other chat boards with it though and still no luck.

Or do I need to log in on my phone to see the fix?

I'm hesitant to log in on my phone though. The one and only time I did, when I logged out I got the dreaded "multiple account" warning. I'm the only person in my house that uses FunTrivia, but I don't want to do anything to get myself locked out or banned.

On large screens you access the other boards on the left side panel.

On small screens you access the other boards by a pull down option under the board title at the top of the page.

So yes, you will have to use your phone to see how it looks on a phone.

Dont worry about that message. It's displayed on all logouts as a warning to everyone.

Sorry Terry, I logged in on my phone and I still don't see it. I assume you mean there should be a pull down menu under where it says "Home: General Chat [?]", but for me there is nothing there but a small blue gap before the list of thread subjects starts.

The only pull down menu I can see on there is the triple bar one at the top right of the screen that gives access to Sections, Quiz, Games, Services etc.

Of course...it's entirely possible that I'm too dense to play here using my phone and I should just stick to playing on my desktop.

Geez...I admitted to being dense Terry, but not THAT dense.

What I meant was did I need to log in to my FT account on my phone instead of viewing the site as a guest while on my phone. I didn't know if guests saw something different on that page than logged in players.

Oops, try now please. lol, I had it set to only display to ME, so no one else could see it.

Yep, I was just coming back to say that it's there now. I can see all of the board options and that you can use the "Go To" button to get back to the topic list from a thread.

Thanks, now my phone can go back to it's main function...which is making phone calls.


I only have one question left. On the list of chat board options I see one that says "Main Index", but it has no threads or posts in it. Is that supposed to be there?
