Something regarding photo quizzes and I apologise if it has been asked for before...

Would it be possible to tweak the system so that after an image has been deleted and another uploaded in its place, the deleted image actually disappears from the template altogether? At the moment the new image appears in the 'Upload/Manage Photos' tab as expected, but the deleted image appears in the text template. It can get quite confusing if you ever need to make major amendments to the quiz running order.

That is a caching issue on your machine. You can fix it by clearing your browsing history. I understand a hard refresh (press Control & F5) also sorts it out.
