A similar case has happened in Belium, although on a totally different product.
Some website owner has massed up stocks of Westvleteren Trappist ale and sold them for over five times the retail price for the sales at the abbey. As the monks insist that the beer is brewed not to make huge profits, but to provide for the abbey's needs (renovation...) and charitable works, there has been a lot of moral damages.
But how do you calculate the legal compensation for these schemes?
