I have taken a quiz and was the first to score 10/10, but because I have already got the badge the II was not shown,

How am I supposed to rate a quiz when I do not have all of the information to hand? It is not as if I can not rate, go retake the quiz later and better my score and rate it then.

I've wondered that myself. It seldom happens to me though since I don't play a new quiz that soon unless it's for one of my Daily Challenges.

Just wait twenty minutes or so, then use the back button on your computer. Then use the "ahead" button, and you'll see your results page, with the info sections filled in.

Actually, you can retake a quiz in order to rate it in such a situation. Your first score will determine your eligibility to rate, the second one is entirely ignored.
