Just started playing on a team. How we do we find out ranking and such? And how do I link another team member to the chat board? They said they couldn't see it.

Has that person validated their email address? If they haven't then they cannot use message boards or indeed send messages through the messaging system. If they told you through the messaging system then they have validated their address, if they told you in any other way then it is possibly that they have not. One way of validating, if they have deleted or lost the email from us would be to go into their profile and 'edit' their email address with their correct email address, then submit it. That ought to generate an email to the 'new' email address which will then need to be validated. If the email isn't received then to check the Spam folder in case it is there.
