ElfTwinkle was running on default fuel this week.No game recap as I try to catch up.Our run of poor rounds continues as we went 37/88 for a strike rate of 42.04%. We had no perfect games with the closest being St George's win away at Canterbury which only wwe84 and George95 missed. There were 2 games without any correct tip, being the Gold Coast and Penrith wins.If you did not get a weekly win or a wooden spoon you were running on default fuel. The 4 of us with a wooden spoon went 4/8 while the remaining 7 earned a wooden spoon with 3/8.It is still only Dizart and ElfTwinkle who are still looking for their first weekly win. Everyone has now received a wooden spoon except for Sypher.wwe84 has been joined at the top by Sypher while paper_aero is a point back. George95 remains sandwiched between ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci at the bottom but loses ground to LeoDaVinci.

We had one perfect game as we all tipped Canterbury to beat Canterbury much to gtho4's relief. The trickiest games to tip were West's win at North Queensland which N-Bomb got right and Penrith's win at Souths which saw wwe84 emerge unscathed. We had a solo weekly winner as N-Bomb went 7/8. We also gave out a solo spoon as gtho4 went 1/8 hence his relief at the Roosters win in the last game of the round.It is still only Dizart and the defaulting ElfTwinkle who are still looking for their first weekly win. Everyone has now received a wooden spoon except for Sypher.wwe84 remains tied at the top but it is now paper_aero on the top step of the podium with him, taking over from Sypher who drops to 3rd, a point back. Despite this we still had two perfect games as we all thought Penrith would beat Gold Coast in the opening game and Melbourne would emerge victorious at home to Cronulla. Giving that we almost went 50% it is not surprising we also had 2 games which no one got correct. We had a rare draw after 10 minutes of sudden death extra time between Brisbane and the Warriors and I am not sure if anyone has ever tipped a draw in NRL, the other game was North Queensland's upset win at the Roosters.George95 entered his tips in time and he found out what could happen as he took home a solo weekly win with 5/8. N-Bomb and Howie72 both took home a spoon with a score of 3/8.It is still only Dizart and the defaulting ElfTwinkle who are still looking for their first weekly win. Everyone has now received a wooden spoon except for Sypher.No change at the top as wwe84 and paper_aero remain tied, a point ahead of Sypher who shook off the attentions of N-Bomb and Howie72. George95 remains sandwiched between ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci at the bottom but is now 6 points behind LeoDaVinci, reducing the deficit by 2 points.

ElfTwinkle, George95 and LeoDaVinci were running on default fuel this week.George95 often misses the first game but tips the rest, this time he tipped the first game but missed the remaining 7 games.No game recap as I try to catch up.It was an amazing round this week as we went 65/72 for a strike rate of 90.27%. We should not be surprised that we had some perfect games, the 4 being the Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne victories. The hardest game to tip was the Warriors win at home to Cronulla which only 6 of us got right.With a 90% strike rate we would expect some perfect rounds and we got 3 of them as wwe84, gtho4 and Dizart all went 8/8 and earned a bonus point as well. Ozzz2002 will be wondering what happened as he managed a very good 6/8 but still took home a spoon. This is thie highest wooden spoon score this season.Obly the defaulting ElfTwinkle is still looking for a first weekly win. Everyone has now received a wooden spoon except for Sypher.Changes at the top as wwe84 opens up a 2 point gap over paper_aero who is in turn joined by Dizart. Sypher gets knocked off the podium, now a point further back in 4th place. George95 remains sandwiched between ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci at the bottom and remains 6 points behind LeoDaVinci as all 3 went default.

ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci were running on default fuel this week.No game recap as I try to catch up.It was a good round this week as we went 53/80 for a strike rate of 66.25%. There was one perfect game as we all tipped Brisbane to win at Gold Coast. The hardest games to tip were Wests win away to Newscastle (wwe84) and Manly's win at Melbourne (srini701).No perfect rounds this week but Dizart, paper_aero, srini701 and George95 all took out the weekly win with 6/8. Another solo spoon as this week gtho4 took it home with 4/6.With Dizart's perfect round it leaves just the defaulting ElfTwinkle still looking for a first weekly win. Everyone has now received a wooden spoon except for Sypher.wwe84's gap at the top over paper_aero and Dizart has been trimmed to just 1 point with Sypher now another 2 points back. George95 remains sandwiched between ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci at the bottom but the gap to LeoDaVinci has been closed to 4 points.

There were two perfect games as we all tipped Manly and Sydney to emerge victorious. The hardest game to tip was Cronulla's home win over Souths which only N-Bomb was successful in tipping correctly.Another 3 weekly winners this week as Dizart (3rd in a row), ozzz2002 and N-Bomb all went 6/8. Sypher and Howie (season leading 6th) took home the wooden spoons with 4/6.Only the defaulting ElfTwinkle is still looking for a first weekly win. Everyone now has a wooden spoon as Sypher earned his first for the season, it took 20 rounds to fill in this column.wwe84's gap at the top has evaporated as he is joined by Dizart, the first time this season Dizart has reached the lofty position on the top of the podium, paper_aero is lurking a point back. There was one perfect game as we all thought Souths would lose at home to Melbourne. There was also one game where no-one had a correct tip and that was the Warrior's win at home over Manly.We were back to a solo weekly winner and it was Sypher who went 6/8. Howie72 increased his season leading wooden spoon total to 7 and he was joined by N-Bomb in going 3/8.Only the defaulting ElfTwinkle is still looking for a first weekly win. Everyone now has a wooden spoon as Sypher earned his first for the season, it took 20 rounds to fill in this column.The top 3 had identical results so wwe84 and Dizart remain tied at the top with the tie-breaker narrowly in wwe84's favour, these two remain a point ahead of paper_aero. George95 remains sandwiched between ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci at the bottom and the gap to LeoDaVinci but has narrowed the gap to LeoDaVinci to 2 points.

ElfTwinkle was running on default fuel this week.LeoDaVinci and George95 missed the first game due to late tips, lodged after the game had ended.No game recap as I try to catch up.It was a good round this week as we went 59/86 for a strike rate of 68.60%. There were two perfect games (though one game only had 9 valid tips) as we all thought Manly would beat Wests and Parramatta would beat Gold Coast. There was also one game where no-one had a correct tip and that was Canberra's win at Melbourne.After last week's solo weekly win we jumped up to a huge 6 winners this round with 6/8. LeoDaVinci and gtho4 took home a wooden spoon each with 4/7 and 4/8 respectively.Only the defaulting ElfTwinkle is still looking for a first weekly win. Everyone now has a wooden spoon as Sypher earned his first for the season, it took 20 rounds to fill in this column.The top 3 had identical tips so wwe84 and Dizart remain tied at the top with the tie-breaker narrowly in wwe84's favour, these two remain a point ahead of paper_aero who has the best tie-breaker out of the 3. George95 remains sandwiched between ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci at the bottom and the gap to LeoDaVinci but has narrowed the gap to LeoDaVinci to a single point.

We had 2 perfect games as we all tipped Newcastle to win at home over Gold Coast and Sydney to triumph over Penrith. The trickiest game to tip was North Queensland's win over Canterbury which saw just paper_aero and N-Bomb being successful.We had another perfect round and it came at the perfect time for paper_aero, his 8/8 earning a bonus point. There was also only 1 spoon handed out and it went to Sypher with 4/8.Only the defaulting ElfTwinkle is still looking for a first weekly win. Everyone now has a wooden spoon as Sypher earned his first for the season, it took 20 rounds to fill in this column.Big changes at the top as his perfect round and bonus point sees paper_aero leap to the front, 1 point ahead of Dizart who remains in second place. Dropping from first to third is wwe84 and he is a point behind Dizart. George95 remains sandwiched between ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci at the bottom but the gap to LeoDaVinci but has decreased to 2 points.

One person has dominated the NRL tipping competition in the 10 years and he once again takes it out, paper_aero has only missed the podium once and has his 5 titles and 4 runner-ups in this period. He goes one better than last year while the defending champion, Dizart, drops to third, wwe84 in second being the new face on the podium from last year. Can anyone slow paper_aero down or will he continue to blow us out of the water? All will be revealed in 2020.
