ElfTwinkle and LeoDaVinci were running on default fuel this week.

No game recap as I try to catch up.

We had an excellent round as we went 818/108 for a 75.00% strike rate. We managed to achieve 3 perfect games as we all picked West Coast, Western Bulldogs and Essendon to win. The trickiest game to tip was bottom-placed Carlton's home win over Adelaide which just wwe84 and Daaanieeel tipped correctly.

We had another 3 weekly winners this round as Daaanieel, ozzz2002 and srini701 all went 8/9, this is Daaanieeel's 3rd weekly win in a row. We had a solo spoon and it went to Sypher with 4/9.

Where are we with filling in the weekly win and wooden spoon columns? Everyone had at least 1 weekly win in the first 11 rounds so this column is complete. Paper_aero and N-Bomb are still searching for their first wooden spoon.

The top 4 remin the same though N-Bomb's lead over Dizart has decreased to 1 point with paper_aero now a further 3 points behind. While he is still in 5th place, Daaanieel is making a late charge towards the podium and is 4 points away from 3rd. Of the regular tippers, the gap between Sypher and LeoDavinci remains at 2 points.

We had a good round as we went 69/99 for a 69.69% strike rate. We managed to achieve a massive 4 perfect games as we all picked Richmond, Collingwood, West Coast and Brisbane to win. We also had a game where no one was successful being Port Adelaide's win away to Essendon.

We either had a weekly win, earned a wooden spoon or went default this round. The 3 weekly winners were paper_aero, N-Bomb and srini701 who all went 7/9. The wooden spoons went to 8 of us with 6/9 so more spoons had to be urgently made.

The top 4 remain the same though N-Bomb's lead over Dizart has increased to 1 point with paper_aero a further 2 points back. It is looking very likely these 3 will fill the podium. Of the regular tippers, the gap between Sypher and LeoDavinci remains at 2 points.

We had a very good round as we went 82/108 for a 75.92% strike rate. The number of perfect games remained at a massive 4 this round as we all picked Collingwood, Brisbane, Geelong and Richmond to win to win. The trickiest game to tip was Sypher's solo tip of Hawthorn to win at Greater Western Sydney.

We were back to a solo weekly winner this round as N-Bomb went 8/9. Sypher gave the spoonmakers a break this week as he took home the only one awarded with a score of 5/9.

The top 4 remain the same though N-Bomb's lead over Dizart has increased to 3 points with paper_aero a further 2 points back. It is looking very likely these 3 will fill the podium and that N-Bomb will be the 2019 champion. Of the regular tippers, the gap between Sypher and LeoDavinci remains at 2 points.

We had a below par round as we went 56/117 for a 47.86% strike rate. As a consequence we had just 1 perfect game as we all picked Hawthorn to beat Gold Coast. The trickiest games to tip were Essendon's win at Fremantle (ozzz2002 and Sypher) along with Western Bulldogs win at GWS (Daaanieeel and chogobad).

Once again we had only 1 weekly winner this round as chogobad went 7/9. We did hand out another 3 spoons as Sypher, Dizart and paper_aero all went 3/9. This makes 5 in a row for Sypher and ends paper_aero's chance of going through the season spoonless.

Where are we with filling in the weekly win and wooden spoon columns? Everyone had at least 1 weekly win in the first 11 rounds so this column is complete. As previously mentioned, paper_aero earns his first spoon in the second last round leaving only N-Bomb without one.

The top 4 remain the same though N-Bomb's lead over Dizart has increased to 4 points with paper_aero a further 2 points back. It is looking very likely these 3 will fill the podium and in this order, it would take a meltdown of immense proportions to change this. Of the regular tippers, the gap between Sypher and LeoDavinci remains has increased to 3 points.

ElfTwinkle was running on default fuel this week.

No game recap as I try to catch up.

We finish the season on a high as we went 93/117 for a 79.48% strike rate. Despite having such a high strike rate we only achieved 2 perfect games, being the Greater Western Sydney and Geelong wins. The trickiest game to tip was Sypher's solo tip of Hawthorn winning away at West Coast.

Weekly win awards were given out to the 7 of us who went 8/9, the most notable being N-Bomb's 10th of the season. The final 2 spoons of the season went to ozzz2002 and wwe84 much to Sypher's relief as it ended his wooden spoon streak at 5.

The top 5 all had identical tips so no changes from last week at the top of the standings. N-Bomb takes out the title with a 4 point gap back to Dizart, paper_aero rounds out the podium a further 2 points in arrears. Of the regular tippers, it is Sypher who ends up at the bottom with only the defaulting ElfTwinkle behind him.

In the end it was comfortable for N-Bomb who was in the lead for 19 of the 23 rounds, his first title since 2013. Dizart makes it back-to-back runner up positions while paper_aero makes the podium for the first time since 2016. Dizart and paper_aero are still looking for their first title so will it be 2020? Where are the Australians I hear you ask, defending champion Daaanieeel was the leading Australian back in 5th place. What will happen next season?

Spoonless streaks
Dizart - at 33 weeks leading into the season but got a wooden spoon in week 1 so ends at 33
paper_aero - at 28 weeks leading into the season but got a wooden spoon in week 22 so ends at 49
N-Bomb - sitting at 6 at the end of last season plus all 23 this season so continues at 29 for the 2020 season.
