Member KittyKatey is reporting on the Chat boards that she has not received the Easy 50-50 minibadge on her profile. She also reports that this is her third 50-50 mini badge, so she should have also received the full 50-50 Achievement badge.

She did receive notification of the awarding of the mini, yesterday afternoon, and it is listed in the badge awards at 2:58 p.m. FT, May 24, but still no actual badge, and nothing has been conveyed about the full 50-50 badge.

I know it's a holiday weekend, but is there anyone who can help?

There's no real need to report this multiple times. KittyKatey has sent a support ticket via site feedback, I had replied to her several hours befor you reposted this and it's being dealt with when Terry can.

I apologize. She asked for someone to post in the Forums for her. I had not realized she already had a reply via Contact.

Not sure why she didn't see the reply as I addressed it a while ago, but it's something only Terry can fix (and this likely means not happening before Tuesday due to the long weekend in the US).

The background is that in some cases (30-40% of awards from a quick check), the easy 50/50 badgelet is actually recently not being given, although the mail is sent and the award registers in the "recent" list.

Since Kitty never actually received that badgelet, the subsequent check for the badge didn't trigger (none of the other affected players I checked had a full set, so it was not as apparent for them).

The medium and hard are not affected as far as I can see. It's only that one.

Due to the way tiered badges work, I can't award them manually. Terry will have to check why the award failed and then run a query to fix affected accounts.

Glitches happen. The badge and badgelet will be that much more appreciated, for the wait

Weird... looks like it affected about 25 of the 1200 winners. I have corrected them. Badges were actually awarded in all cases, but the "tier" system didn't recognize the T1 step.

The code looks fine though... identical to that of the other two badges. So I'm a bit at a loss. I've added a bit of debugging.
