Not as iconic as the scenes from Sydney, but charming nonetheless... Torquay harbour at midnight last night.

One of the buildings at my workplace has this lovely cut leaf maple growing outside.

A wall meets a tree in Guildford (Surrey) and a compromise was made:

That wall compromise seems sensible to me, since trees usually win in those encounters.

An office block in the centre of Bristol. One of my stops was right in the middle but all the roads in were blocked off for some sort of development work.

This hill that I went up today is called the Mither Tap (1699 feet), in Aberdeenshire.
There is an Iron Age fort on top.
