I just finished Chernobyl on HBO - it was really well done and the acting was very good.

I'm just getting ready to tuck into Ep5. Chilling, isn't it?

I found it very interesting. At the time we were in Germany with the British Army, so were quite close to it all, but kept in the dark how bad it could have been. I watched the follow up documentary last night which was also very informative, but a hard watch as all with subtitles. I also watched a video on You Tube of the roof structure being slide into place that was very cleverly done and an achievement on its own. Certainly worth a watch. Itís a time lapse video.

Wow! That is a crazy video. I didn't realize how big it was and that it was moved to the site.

Apparently the radioactivity was to much to build in place. By doing it that way the workmen could work for longer.
