"I was given access to the site a couple of times last night but am refused this morning. It's not an issue with my computer because both my laptops respond the same way. And F.T. is the only site refusing to load.

The page load only spins when I try to open the site and while there is an initial boot there are no visuals. There is no notice telling me unable to connect, the site took too long to respond."

Any ideas on what I can tell her?

JudithCrafard is the member's name. I got the message from her team leader, I'm assuming she has his email address or is friends on Facebook, something like that.

This sounds just like a connection issue to me or possibly the site was restarting at which time you can get a blank page for a few minutes.

Looks like the problem has solved itself, she could get in today.
