I have been trying to answer this question for awhile now: In the movie A Clockwork Orange, what scene is the actress Carol Drinkwater in? It says in the credits that she plays Nurse Feeley or Sister Feeley, but I do not know what scene that character is in. Please respond if you know. Thank you very much.

Try the Internet Movie Database. (IMDb). It is a good source for normal and esoteric searches. Drinkwater played Sister Feely. Don't know what "scene."

Thank you for your reply---the trouble is that I recently watched the movie again after having read that she played a character named Sister Feely, but I never heard the name Sister Feely mentioned, nor do I ever see an actress that even resembles Drinkwater. If anyone has read the book and can tell me when in the book that character appears, maybe I can put the two together and find the same scene in the movie. I looked on a movie database and found the script of the screenplay, but the character's name is not mentioned anywhere!!!

Isn't Carol Drinkwater the lady who played James Herriot's wife in the British veterinary series ? I found her to be a very striking character and can recall her presence clearly after several years !

I was flipping through the book A Clockwork Orange last night, to try and find Nurse Feeley.
I had no luck finding that name.
My original hunch was that maybe it was the nurse at the end of the movie? The one who Alex wakes up to after he "jumps".

To the previous two posters. First, yes Carol Drinkwater is the actress who played the wife of James Herriot. I became a fan of her acting from that series. Second, thank you for the book info. Now I can go back and view the film again because it appears that she may have played in a smaller part than I originally thought. When I reviewed the film before, I was looking for a semi-main character and I was listening for the characers name, Nurse Feely. When I didn't hear the name, I was puzzled. Thanks again, I'll review the film and see what I can find out.
