I entered a winning word a couple of hours ago - "carpenter" and was not awarded the customary 1,000 points, nor was it registered as a score on the winners' lists. I am sure of it because I have been strictly monitoring my progress and secondly on the daily challenges I was challenged to achieve a certain number of points, so thought if I can get a winning word that will cover the balance of what I need. I got the word, but my score did not alter at all.

From looking at the recent winners of the Crystal Ball it does show this on the Winners List: Jul 05 19 2:56 AM: Mommakat : carpenter (94 guesses). Is the 1,000 points awarded as Daily Points or just to your overall score as some others are?

The normal procedure is guess a correct word and immediately you are awarded 1,000 points....it has not been 1,000 at the end of the day, so if you get the limit of three you ave earned 3,000 points...on top of that it is listed on the Winners' list you go up one point on that. So far nothing has been done to correct it.

Mommakat is correct in saying that both points and win numbers should increase immediately.

I suspect that there is nothing that can be done to resolve the missing points, though. The terms and conditions say this:



Although the comment is linked to game scores, it's really the same situation where something has gone wrong and the details haven't been recorded.
