I once read that at one point in her life, Queen Elizabeth needed to get a tooth pulled but was incredibly nervous. So, she had one of her servants, (or companion; I'm not sure of his occupation) get a tooth pulled first, just so that she could see how it worked, was safe, etc. However, when it was over she was not convinced, and had them pull another of the poor guy's teeth before she agreed to get hers done!

Yes, sorry about that It's just that she's the only "Queen Elizabeth" I really know of, not having yet studied the history of many other countries.
