Is anyone else having problems with the crossword keyboard when using a tablet or phone? Certain letters drift in and out of working order. It's really frustrating, and very annoying. It first started a couple of weeks ago. When I start a crossword it's fine, and then after a couple of minutes it starts misbehaving.

What kind of tablet/phone are you using, and which browser? Just for troubleshooting's sake.

I’ve been doing crosswords on my iPad with no problem, but yesterday I did an update and now the keyboard has disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else here?

I have never been able to play crosswords on my Android tablet, as the keyboard sits squarely across the lower third of the grid. It still leaves plenty of clear space below, but there seems no way of dragging the usable space lower.

Mine's a Samsung Galaxy using Chrome. After an hour spent installing Firefox for Android, I can report that has exactly the same issue.

Keyboard on crosswords not visible. Have been doing crosswords on my iPad for quite awhile and did not have any problem even after it was posted on the 17th.

Keyboard not visible on my iPad either using Safari.

Using Safari as well.

That's very strange - with Safari on my ipad the keyboard comes up fine. I'll try a larger puzzle, see if that makes a diffefence.

ETA: it's fine on a large puzzle too, doesn't hide anything. I'll try my phone later, see how that works.

My iPhone looks fine as well. One difference between the two is an update on my iPad yesterday. The update has changed the homepage layout for a number of sites I visit. The update has not appeared on the iPhone.
