Twice over the last few days I've played the daily game on my mobile and it's recorded as untimed rather than timed. First time I thought I'd just pressed the wrong button, but it happened again just now. I used the browser back button and the timed game was in purple (as if it had been clicked) but the untimed game was still in blue. When I started the quiz it said "timer started" at the top. (No idea if it says this on untimed as I never play untimed by choice.) But then when I got to the bottom of the results page it says this quiz was not timed. Annoying when it's a team game and my computer seems to be having some kind of relationship breakdown with the router!!
