As requested above, I have made some UI changes to "Author's Kitchen", to better handle large numbers of ingredients and dishes. Terry, Would it be possible to make this an optional thing? I periodically copy/paste ingredients into an Excel spreadsheet, and that will no longer work with entries such as 'Cabbage x 3'?

This improves my quality of living. That clutter was insane on desktop and mobile. Thanks!

I have it from a reliable source that the Evil Twin has some fiendish World Domination plans up his sleeve. Ooooh, I do like a good bit of world dominatiom before teatime.

Hi Terry,
I am in agreement with ozzz2002 in that I preferred the "old" way the Author's Kitchen was laid out, as I feel for me, the "new" layout doesn't provide as much or as easily usable information, and therefore would echo ozzz2002's request as to whether it would be possible to make the new format an optional thing (i.e. one can choose whether one sees the old format or the new).
Adding to what ozzz2002 mentioned above, for me, the ability to see a complete list of all of my recipes and whether or not I have "done" them was really helpful, and also the comment that used to be at the bottom of this list that advised something like "There are still at least XX recipes for you to find", as it allowed me to much more easily track the recipes I was still looking to discover, and confirm that I had indeed been granted a new recipe when one of my quizzes or crosswords had gone online.
Further to the above, I also preferred a completed list of ingredients (rather than the new "1 x carrot ; 2 x onion" format), as again, this allowed me to much more easily confirm that I had received 5 new ingredients when one of my quizzes or crosswords had gone online.
Many thanks, ClarkyB...

Would a solution to this be to have a tracker in the kitchen which notes which ingredients were given at specific timestamps?

The system, today, awards ingredients with a 100% probability.

In the jumble of unused ingredients on my pantry shelf, I never saw what was new, and just assumed they were there. It took long enough to find the new recipe, often near the end of the alphabet, and it didn't occur to me to see what ingredients I had just received at the same time. And I love the idea of just seeing the new recipe, without having to scroll through all the ones I have already made.

That list also hasn't been updated in a while to reflect recent 200+ authors.

With the 2020 Halloween Badgelet I received one saying Tier 6 and the challenge page also says I have completed six tasks. However I sequentially completed all the tasks (and claimed same from the Halloween page). However my badgelet awarded is still one tier short of the completed 7 tiers. Could someone have a look to see what is going on please? Many Thanks

That theory isn't correct. I completed six and I am on level 4. Must be a number in the name.
Or maybe claiming more then one challenge done at one time? I did this at least once.
Please, great pumpkin help.

I completed now every single one. Still on tier 5.
A tier I admire is number seven reaching this, would be halloween heaven But up to now at five I'm stuck Wish me luck that someone hears my plea and now to bed with me.
