Have run into a (hopefully) minor hiccup in Halloween 2020. My profile shows seven completed tasks but the badge has only been credited with six tiers.

Just curious about a missing upgrade. This evening 10/31 I scored 918 in the Smartest Sports category which was tops over all. My name showed #1 on the banner above the scores.94 players competed so well over the 80 cutoff. However, I haven't received the upgrade to 4th win. This was a category I hadn't won in before. It says upgrade is upgraded immediately after the game is ended. Is this a glitch or is it still coming? :-)

Terry, if you look at the Halloween page on the Chatboards, several people are reporting problems. One problem is that people who got the badgelet and are now trying to add more tiers can't tell if they've done the task(s) correctly because they can't access the Challenge page any more. They may be one or two other glitches on the list too. Looks like someone really did break the machine - can you fix it?

Well, you know how it is with those communication issues. When Terry can't reach the Tower, neither can the Evil Twin. So, thanks to his own radio interference, he couldn't get his message through to gloat about his... well... defeat?

Anyway, I have installed an amplifier and you can now view the Twin's surrender (or something) on the challenge page and use it to access the game page for more upgrades!

On the KO Fantasy winners page, the favourites picked by the top 5 scorers usually appear but they're missing. Any chance of putting them back please? Thanks!!

In the category of History, subcategory U.S. Civil War there is a picture of two men in uniform firing rifles. It looks like one man is wearing a helmet. Perhaps it isn't a helmet but a very close fitting cap. The issue the color of the clothing the men are wearing. They are dressed in bright red coats. That's what British soldiers wor during the American Revoltutionary War. During the U.S. Civil war one side wore grey and the other side wore dark blue.

I noticed that on my profile page where it mentions Global Challenge, it says the highest division I've attained was 9, but I have gotten Immortal in normal mode.

Not a big deal to fix, but perhaps something to look into.

I completed my 80th Bus Ride quiz, and didn't get the badge although the badge page states that "Reward is automatically given out immediately upon completion". Do I just need to wait until the end of the day, or have I come across a bug?

Check what time other winners have gotten the badge. That is when your badge will be awarded. "Reward is automatically given out immediately upon completion" means badge winners do not have to go back to challenge page to claim the badge.

I often use my iPad to look at our teams message board, however with fingers like sausages I have a habit when I scroll of deleting posts and then having to apologise to the team member I’ve deleted as this button unlike the remove thread button does not ask for confirmation before it’s gone. Would it be possible to have a confirmation button for this team leader function.

I have the habit of taking my own quizzes short time after they went on-line as I'm curious to the percentages correct per question.
On the quiz "Help! My Television Is on Fire" I've noticed one player (out of 20) has obtained a blank score. However, three questions were correctly answered by 100% of the quizzers? Could anyone explain this unexpected result?

The Requirements for the Smarter of the Smart upgrade are:

Awarded to the player in the hourly difficult game with the highest score across ALL divisions, in an hour where at least 80 people play.

Have achieved that requirement (over 100 players) but was informed that the 80 people refer to actual users not including guests.

Would it be possible to rephrase the requirements to reflect the above.

Top 5 winners' favourites are missing again. They were there last week.

They are only there on Saturday, always gone on Sunday.

So why haven't I received my "Pot of Gold Mastery" badge when I have over 50,000 points/coins? It says the reward is given out immediately. Obviously not!

Most of the pages that say immediately mean that it is automatic, and you don't have to do anything more to get it. However, a lot of them are issued once (or a few times) a day, and you can see when that is y looking at the lists of recent winners. If you haven't received it after 24 hours, it is time to make an inquiry.

As looney_tunes said, the list of recent winners is the place to check. If you see all awards at 3:34 and 9:34, this is an award that is given at the regularly scheduled check.

Note that for performance reasons, the system only checks some of the awards for accounts it considers to be have been active since the last check. It thus might (rarely) miss a player. If you believe you have earned an award of this kind and it did not trigger within 12 hours, the easiest way to mark yourself as certainly active is to play any hourly game (doesn't matter which nor how well you do as long as you get ab ove 0). You should then receive the award at the next 3:34 or 9:34 (whichever is first).
