So why haven't I received my "Pot of Gold Mastery" badge when I have over 50,000 points/coins? It says the reward is given out immediately. Obviously not! It is given out every 12 hours. I have changed the challenge page to reflect this.

The Requirements for the Smarter of the Smart upgrade are:
Awarded to the player in the hourly difficult game with the highest score across ALL divisions, in an hour where at least 80 people play.
Have achieved that requirement (over 100 players) but was informed that the 80 people refer to actual users not including guests.
Would it be possible to rephrase the requirements to reflect the above.
Thanks Going forward I have changed both TFA and smartest to count guests in the 80 player count, to be consistent with the challenge text.

I have the habit of taking my own quizzes short time after they went on-line as I'm curious to the percentages correct per question. On the quiz "Help! My Television Is on Fire" I've noticed one player (out of 20) has obtained a blank score. However, three questions were correctly answered by 100% of the quizzers? Could anyone explain this unexpected result? Can you explain what you mean by "one player has obtained a blank score"? What does this mean?

I completed my 80th Bus Ride quiz, and didn't get the badge although the badge page states that "Reward is automatically given out immediately upon completion". Do I just need to wait until the end of the day, or have I come across a bug? Challenge page now accurately reflects how it is awarded.

A bit of help please.
I often use my iPad to look at our teams message board, however with fingers like sausages I have a habit when I scroll of deleting posts and then having to apologise to the team member I’ve deleted as this button unlike the remove thread button does not ask for confirmation before it’s gone. Would it be possible to have a confirmation button for this team leader function.
Thanks

On the KO Fantasy winners page, the favourites picked by the top 5 scorers usually appear but they're missing. Any chance of putting them back please? Thanks!! They only appear the day after the competition ends I'm fairly certain.

"I'm the Biggest Fan" list -- if a user is no longer active, the "View Quizzes" option doesn't work (See Nightmare and Plodd)
That list also hasn't been updated in a while to reflect recent 200+ authors. More than "a while", I think. My 200th went online 14 months ago and I'm not on the list yet. List refreshed, and changed to auto-refresh every 30 days.

As requested above, I have made some UI changes to "Author's Kitchen", to better handle large numbers of ingredients and dishes. Terry, Would it be possible to make this an optional thing? I periodically copy/paste ingredients into an Excel spreadsheet, and that will no longer work with entries such as 'Cabbage x 3'? errgh... no easy way to do this. The old pages were just so cluttered and some players had them run on forever. Im curious what a spreadsheet is needed for -- it sounds like you are trying to solve some inadequacy in the game with it?

List refreshed, and changed to auto-refresh every 30 days. Since we have that data now anyway (for Polymath and the Rainbow), would it be possible to add each author's top three categories to the listing? That would help to find the next player you want to go for. (It doesn't really help if I absolutely love Kyle's style when I have no clue about TV or Video Games )

Is there a way to request that an entire subcategory be removed from the duels pool? When I played Red Sox 2000s I had at least 3 questions that were total guesses because the quiz was about a specific season but the season was mentioned in the quiz description rather than the quiz title. These questions were from 3 different quizzes by 3 different authors. I've submitted correction notices to remove these but given the prevalence of this occurring in this category, I think it would be better to just remove the category altogether from duels/mixed quizzes. (I did win the duel so this is not just sour grapes.) Removed.

The kitchen was unusable for me, at a point, because of how much I had to scroll splitting out the ingredients. I'm probably in a minority on that though. It definitely wasn't a game I wanted to engage with until it cleaned up.

It was just a simpler way to manage the ingredients. If it cannot be done, then I am sure I can come up with a solution in Excel. Thanks, Terry!

I'm the biggest fan
When the list of players for which you have achieved this is shown is it possible to have spaces after the commas? At the moment the list for me starts: rossian,bernie73,Joepetz,
It would be easier to read if it read rossian, bernie73, Joepetz,

There appears to be a glitch in the crossword compilation area.
An improvement which was introduced about a year ago whereby you are now able to "See how it will look!" prior to submission, is now coming back with the message "Not online".
Whilst it's not preventing me from submitting the crossword, it has been a useful addition to ensuring that all is 100% before signing it off.

This is a minor issue. I don't know if it's worth looking at, but it is something not working as expected!
I got beaten twice today in Duel by the same player. My guess is that this weirdness happened because I scored a zero on "The Walking Dead" and that confused matters. Backing that thinking up, I have played 14 Duels today, and the front page says I have done 13/15.
