Very minor, but irritating. I have started seeing Gold Member Madness shown on my home screen as not played (no tick) when I have already played it. This is very recent - sometime today. It's not a big deal, but it is irritating when I m scanning to find hourly/quasi-hourly games to play in a quick break, and click on it from my home screen only to be told I have already played.

In a similar vein, I have noticed that if you play the Monster Quiz within 10 minutes of midnight FT Time, the checkmark remains after midnight and for the rest of the following day. This is confusing as it leads me to think I've played it that day, when it was the day before.

Speaking of mailboxes reminds me - since the new home page setup, when I send a reply to a message, I am told when I send it that I will be returned to where I came from, but go to the Home Page, not my mailbox. This is only an issue when I had planned to work my way through the messages, catching up on neglected correspondence. It does, however, disincline me to do the catch up! Is there something I should change in my settings to get taken back to the inbox?

The Daily Game: Most Daily Points page at https://www.funtrivia.com/daily/points.cfm refers to "Daily Power Badge: 50,000 Daily Points." It should be "Daily Game Mastery Badge: 50,000 Daily Points." Also, this is still outstanding:

I've had to get a new computer and the works because of this Microsoft thing. I hate it quite thoroughly. Everything is all over the place. And the screen which came with it is HUGE. I feel like I've shrunk.
The problem with the huge screen is that my FT Home Page now has a huge navy blue border on both sides instead of the smaller one I'm used to, and all that navy blue is kind of depressing. Is there any way I can turn it to a nice green or another colour or make the border smaller? If I enlarge the page, that does it, but then I'm nearly knocked unconscious with the size of the font.
Microsoft is a pain in the neck!

Never mind. I just shrink the screen and that removes the large navy blue border.
Hmmm, now I don't like this font that Google Chrome or some other technological fiend has given me. It's too squat somehow. What font does FT use please?

In the New Question game, the link for Top Rated Recent Questions ( https://www.funtrivia.com/today/bestrecent.cfm) doesn't actually display any questions. I first noticed this last week, but I haven't been checking regularly so it could be longer. They're back today

If you are asking about the font on the home page, it depends. Different front pages have different fonts. The up side of your new, hated, Microsoft controlled computer is that you probably can now view some short videos sent to you by email late last year.

I see you sort of took care of that problem, but if you still have a border and want to change the color: Go to Gold Member Section, under Gold Configuration click on 'change avatar'. Scroll all the way down that page. The very last option is 'Perk: Players Level 5+: Set your profile page color'

LOL, MiraJane!
And thank you, Dagny.
The font is the same dear old familiar one on the Home Page, it's just different in here. Short and squat. Bit like me, really. However, I won't worry about it as I'm only in here periodically. I'm on the Home Page all the time.

When I play any question that requires a Fill Me In answer lately, and when I click in the box to answer it, a drop down box of possible nonsense answers appears. Should this be happening? It's a bit annoying because it also covers the actual question as well.

It's a bit annoying because it also covers the actual question as well. It has happened to me too. Suddenly all answers I've filled in on that specific number of question in the last thirty-something days pop up. It has probably to do with the history stored with the cookies.

That is absolutely in your computer's memory. It is trying to be helpful by remembering what you have entered in the past in the same situation. I have to type True, not t, for the T/F questions in FITB format that appear in the middle of a timed game, or my computer auto-completes to typhoid. I have no idea when I entered typhoid, but it remembers. I suspect that it would go away if I cleared my browser history on a regular basis.

It's more specific than that. It's the browser. You can configure some browsers to stop doing that. I don't know what you are using. Firefox? Chrome? Pale Moon? Vivaldi? Waterfox?

I'm using Google Chrome, and am on a new (rather frustrating) computer, but it started happening before it was all installed. I also delete history and cookies almost every day. As I don't know how to set up the PC to stop it, and I sure as heck don't want to know anything else new at present, I'll put up with it. Just wanted to report it. Thanks for the input
