Verbonica, you are not alone. There are some quizzes I accidentally rated as Very Poor because I was trying to use the keyboard to get down to the Return me to where I was after entering my rating (which has only once or twice intentionally been poor, in the thousands of quizzes I have played) and the down arrow changed my rating without me noticing it until after I had hit the next button, and the rating was whisking out of sight. I love the way the new setup takes that accident out of play.

Must be some kind of glitch in the Daily Challenges. My Easy Challenge today was "Play the quiz Scottish Movies in timed mode and score at least 457 points." So I played it, and scored 972 points. It says I scored 100 points and marked the challenge as incomplete.

Thanks for posting this. There was a side-effect bug from the new "replay quiz" feature I added today. In theory it is fixed going forward.

When I look at my team's results in Pot of Gold, it shows the results for 'this hour' and 'last hour'. As it's a daily quiz, I would imagine this is because the results page format was copied from a different hourly game.

Has Quiz of the Hour disappeared?

And Crystal Ball has not reset from last hour.

I don't see it, either. The site was down on and off last hour for me (I had a Piece of Cake game sit and spin before it submitted, adding 30-plus seconds to my time), so perhaps the issues are connected? My issues seems to have cleared up in the last half hour.

When I first became a member of FT in 2010 I attempted to use 'moonraker' as my user name, but was unable to do so, which led me into adding the suffix '2'.

Out of interest I have just searched for the player using this name without the suffix, and see he/she joined Jun 15 01 and was last seen on that date without scoring a point.

C'est la vie I suppose!

I really don't want people changing names (creates a huge can of worms particularly if a lot of people ask for it).

I will, however, start marking ancient inactive and barely used accounts as deleted, freeing up the names for new players. It must be getting difficult to come up with a name for a new player!

Monster Quiz "Is at qn #" Display problem

Score seems to be subtracting 90000 from the Total. Yesterday it displayed 90001 correctly, Today it say I'm on question 16.

I've seen the two others on our "local" scoreboard have the same problem - all our profiles show it correctly.

Quiz lists are now at no. 2230. It's probably less than 2000 since it seems that many have been removed. There are also many listed as currently having 0-4 quizzes. Would it be possible to be able to separate my completed and uncompleted lists in the event that any of these lists have additional quizzes added?

I came first in the Piece of Cake game today (18/12) in sci/tech. This should have put me on the tier 4 level of the Biggest Slice badge. When I checked, I'm still on tier 3, and in the topic requirement sections, it lists me as only having won 2 categories. One is not listed and the other one is the one I won today, sci/tech.

For my Biggest Slice, I show I have only won 1 category, but I know have I won 5, and I am even at Tier 5.

Hmmm looks like something got messed up in biggest slice. Will check it out tomorrow.

Did the black script deadlink after your Team Points total on your profile ever have a purpose? Could it be made active or should it be removed?
