We had a full house this week though Sypher missed the first game due to late tips.The Warriors home games are all to be played in Gosford rather than in New Zealand due to Covid-19 though this may change as the season progresses.The nightmare that is 2020 life got in the way again so there will be no game updates until I get caught up.It was a good round though not as good as last round as we went 61/96 for a strike rate of 63.54%. There was another perfect game as we all thought Melbourne would deal to Gold Coast and it was not even close to being close. The trickiest games to tip were Canberra's win over Sydney which saw only Llynfi get right and Sypher's solo tip of Manly beating Parramatta.We have two more weekly winners as LeoDaVinci and Dizart both went 6/8. Another solo spoon this week and this time it went to wwe84 with 4/8.N-Bomb remains on top of the standings but sees his lead cut by another point to just 1 point as LeoDaVinci closes in, a group of 3 comprising wwe84, ozzz2002 and Dizart are a further 2 points back. No changes at the bottom with Sypher a point behind George95.

We had a full house this week.The Warriors home games are all to be played in Gosford rather than in New Zealand due to Covid-19 though this may change as the season progresses.The nightmare that is 2020 life got in the way again so there will be no game updates until I get caught up.It was an excellent round as we went 75/96 for a strike rate of 78.12%. There were two perfect games as we all predicted Parramatta would defeat Wests and Penrith would emerge victorious against Gold Coast. What was most surprising, considering the strike rate, was there was one game where no one had a correct tip and that was Canterbury's upset win over Newcastle.There are too many weekly winners to name but I can say that 6 of us went 7/8. Another solo spoon this week and this time it went to Llynfi with 4/8, his 6th of the season in just 11 rounds.N-Bomb remains on top of the standings and sees his lead double to 2 points over LeoDaVinci while ozzz2002 and Dizart break clear of wwe84 for third place. The only change at the bottom is that Sypher is now 3 points behind George95 and Llynfi.

There were four perfect games as we all predicted Sydney, Canberra, Parramatta and Melbourne would win. Like last week we still had one game which no one got right and that was the Warriors win over Wests Tigers.We had another handful of weekly winners as paper_aero, LeoDaVinci, George95, Dizart and N-Bomb all went 7/8. There were almost as many spoons handed out but not quite as wwe84, ozzz2002, gtho4 and Sypher all went 4/8.It must be time to check on the HoF and WoS columns. We have just 2 who have not had a weekly win after 12 rounds and they are gtho4 and Sypher. There are more who have not had the pleasure of taking home a spoon yet and they are N-Bomb, Dizart, Howie72, paper_aero, srini701 and George95.N-Bomb remains on top of the standings and sees his lead remain at 2 points over LeoDaVinci while Dizart breaks clear of ozzz2002 for third place in his own a further point back. Sypher remains 3 points behind Llynfi while George95 moves ahead.

There were two perfect games, being Cronulla's win over Gold Coast and South's very narrow victory at North Queensland. The trickiest game to pick was Melbourne's win away to Sydney Roosters which only gtho4 had the foresight to pick.We had one weekly winner as gtho4 went perfect in going 8/8 and earned himself a first bonus point of the season. Sypher took home the sole spoon this round with 3/8.It must be time to check on the HoF and WoS column sand there is a small change in numbers from last round. Sypher is now the only one to not have a weekly win as gtho4 filled in his part of the column in style. There are still 6 who have not had the pleasure of taking home a spoon yet and they are N-Bomb, Dizart, Howie72, paper_aero, srini701 and George95.N-Bomb remains on top of the standings and sees his lead remain stable at 3 points over Dizart who in turn moves clear of LeoDaVinci by a point, these three have a small break over the rest of the field. George95 was running on default fuel this week.The Warriors home games are all to be played in Gosford rather than in New Zealand due to Covid-19 though this may change as the season progresses.The nightmare that is 2020 life got in the way again so there will be no game updates until I get caught up.We ruined the trend with an increase in the number of correct votes despite being one tipper short as we went 72/88 for a strike rate of 81.81%. There were another two perfect games, being Sydney's win at Wests and South's defeat of North Queensland. The trickiest game to pick was Parramatta's win over Melbourne which still saw 5 correct tips.We had another 3 weekly winners who went perfect as Llynfi, paper_aero and Dizart all went 8/8 and earned themselves a first bonus point each. Like last round, Sypher took home the sole spoon with 3/8.It must be time to check on the HoF and WoS column and there are no change in numbers from last round. Sypher is now the only one to not have a weekly win. There are still 6 who have not had the pleasure of taking home a spoon yet and they are N-Bomb, Dizart, Howie72, paper_aero, srini701 and George95.N-Bomb remains on top of the standings but Dizart closes in to just 1 point behind, LeoDaVinci is now a further 3 points back and feeling the pressure from paper_aero. Sypher remains at the bottom but is now 9 points behind George95 after Llynfi's perfect round.

Despite this there were three perfect games which were the Cronulla, Penrith and Canberra victories. There was one game that no one got right and that was Gold Coast's win at St George.We had 4 weekly winners as ozzz2002, gtho4, LeoDaVinci and srini701 (despite him missng the first game) all went 6/8 or 6/7 in the case of srini701. Sypher took home a fourth consecutive spoon with 4/8 and is joined this round by wwe84.It must be time to check on the HoF and WoS column and there are no change in numbers from last round. We had no perfect games with the closest being the 11 of us tipping Penrith to beat Brisbane, only Sypher missing out. The trickiest game to tip was North Queensland's win over St George which only wwwe84 foresaw.We had a solo weekly winner as N-Bomb went 6/8. The sole spoon was earned by gtho4 who went 2/8 and in doing so stops Sypher's run of consecutive spoons at 5.It must be time to check on the HoF and WoS column and there are no change in numbers from last round. Sypher is now the only one to not have a weekly win. As you would expect we had some perfect games and there was four of them, being the Souths, Penrith, Sydney and Melbourne victories. The trickiest game to tip was Cronulla's win over the Warriors which still had 8 correct tips out of 12.Half of us earned a weekly win with perfect tips as Llynfi, srini701, paper_aero, Dizart, George95 and N-bomb all went 8/8 and earned themselves a bonus point. The sole spoon was awarded to Sypher who went 5/8, being his 10th spoon in 18 rounds.It must be time to check on the HoF and WoS column and there are no change in numbers from last round. Sypher is now the only one to not have a weekly win. There are still 6 who have not had the pleasure of taking home a spoon yet and they are N-Bomb, Dizart, Howie72, paper_aero, srini701 and George95.N-Bomb remains on top of the standings and his lead over Dizart remains stable at 2 points with 2 rounds to go with Dizart having the slightly better tie-breaker, LeoDaVinci is now a further 4 points back and is joined by paper_aero. Sypher remains at the bottom and is now 14 points behind George95.

There are still 6 who have not had the pleasure of taking home a spoon yet and they are N-Bomb, Dizart, Howie72, paper_aero, srini701 and George95.N-Bomb remains on top of the standings and his lead over Dizart remains stable at 2 points with 1 round to go with Dizart having the slightly better tie-breaker, LeoDaVinci overtaken by paper_aero while srini701 comes more into the podium picture after drawing level with LeoDaVinci, these two are just a point away from 3rd place. Sypher remains at the bottom and is still 14 points behind George95.

We had a full house this week.The Warriors home games are all to be played in Gosford rather than in New Zealand due to Covid-19 though this may change as the season progresses.The nightmare that is 2020 life got in the way again so there will be no game updates until I get caught up.We finish the season with an okay round but still worse than last round as we went 59/96 for a strike rate of 61.45%. We had two perfect games, being Penrith's win over Canterbury and Parramatta's defeat of Wests. The trickiest game to tip was South's 52 point demolition of the Sydney Roosters which only LeoDaVinci was confident would happen though maybe not quite the margin.We finish up with four weekly winners as srini701, gtho4, Sypher and Howie72 all went 6/8. We end the season giving away another five spoons as paper_aero, wwe84, Dizart, George95 and N-Bomb all went 4/8.It must be time to check on the HoF and WoS column and there are a number if changes from last round. Sypher fills in the final blank spot in the weekly win column so will have momentum on his side for the 2021 season. Four of the six who did not have a spoon took one home which means it will be easier for N-Bomb, Dizart, paper_aero and George95 to have soup for dinner. This leaves just srini701 and Howie who went through the season spoonless. Srini701 had one default round so this gives him 19 spoonless rounds (21 in the current streak) while Howie72 had 20 spoonless rounds (23 in the current streak).How for what we have been waiting a long time for - the results. N-Bomb took over the lead in round 5 and remained in front by himself for the rest of the season to finish on top, 2 points clear of Dizart who makes the podium for the fourth year in a row. The fight for the final podium position went to srini701 who with his weekly win broke clear of spoon winning LeoDaVinci and paper_aero. LeoDaVinci takes fourth spot on countback from the defending champion paper_aero. This means paper_aero's podium run ends at 5 consecutive years. Sypher makes a small inroad at the bottom but still finishes 12 points behind George95. The end of the season awards are as follows:

A strange NRL season which was dominated by covid-19 and N-Bomb comes to an end. No one could catch N-Bomb in the final 16 rounds but will he be able to keep it up next season? Will Dizart make it 5 podiums in a row like paper_aero? Will srini701 take his momentum of 3 weekly wins in the final 3 rounds into next season? Will someone else spoil the party? All will be answered next year unless covid-19 gets the final say. Congratulations to the N-Bomb, Dizart and srini701 and also congratulations to Melbourne Storm who beat Penrith Panthers 26-20 in the Grand Final.
